Kata Villa is located on Karon Beach which is between Patong and Kata on the west coast of Phuket and stretches over 3 kilometers in length. The beautiful beach is a popular destination for families and couples to sunbathe and swim. At one end of the beach is Kata center and the opposite end is Karon center both offering a good choice of dining, shopping and nightlife entertainment.

Karon Beach is also home to a Buddhist temple which hosts a weekly market and a large covered market full of souvenirs. From Phuket Island View it takes around 10 minutes to walk to Kata center. Patong is only a 10 minute drive over the hill in a tuk-tuk and the airport is 45 kilometers away.
