Reservation at Kata Villa can only be done by email on info@katavilla.com  We do not accept reservation by telephone.
 
Kata Villas Reservation & Cancellation policy runs on an honesty system with no deposit required at time a reservation is made.
The hotel does however request the following from you:
An estimated time of arrival on day of check in and also your word that you will alert the hotel as soon as you believe that there is a change in travel plans so that the room can be released to another traveler in need and new reservation can be made for you if still needed.
Please advise your approximately arrival time by email on info@katavilla.com

Check in time is between 1 pm and 3 pm on the day of arrival.
If you have not notified the hotel about your arrival time your reservation will automatically be cancelled at 3 pm and the room will be released to another costumer.

Full payment of balance due for your whole stay has to be made upon arrival at Kata Villa.

We only accept payment with Cash Thai Baht.

Check out time on departure day is no later than 12.00 NOON. If you have a late departure from Phuket Airport we recommend that you book an extra night so you have the room all day on departure day.
