Extra Bed :
Only 1 extra bed pr. Room.
Extra bed 500 Baht a night.
Baby bed 100 Baht a night.

A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age may share parents room free of charge room only if no extra bed is required.
Only 1 extra bed is possible in each room.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY :
We require 10% deposit on all room bookings. The 10% deposit payment is not refundable.

CHECK IN TIME:
Your room is ready for check in after 13 pm.

CHECK OUT TIME:
You have to check out of the room no later than 12.00 noon.

LATE CHECK OUT:
Late check out is not possible. Check out time is 12.00 noon.

If you have a late departure from Phuket Airport we recommend that you book an extra night so you have the room all day on your departure day.

AIRPORT TRANSFER:
We will be happy to pick you up at the airport. Airport pick up is 850 Baht for up to 2 people. If you are between 3 and 7 people the price is 1295 Baht.
You only have to email us your arrival time and flight number.
Please notice that payment for the airport transfer has to be settled direct to the driver.

PAYMENT:
We only accept payment with Cash Thai Baht.
Any balance due have to be settled upon arrival at the hotel.
